Partner Sales Manager

Location: London
Date: 06 April 2010

As part of our continued expansion, Stratinis are currently recruiting for a Partner Sales Manager to join our London office and expand and manage our indirect sales channels across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Establish and manage partnerships with price consultancies and system integrators (ERP, CRM, BI).

·         Negotiate and finalising partner contracts.

·         Detailed planning of partner client opportunities.

·         Managing sales cycles, from lead generation to closing sales.

·         Ensuring partners provide high-quality sales opportunities.

·         Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects to identify and understand business challenges and requirements.

·         Aligning the proposition with customers’ individual and business objectives.     

·         Participate in high level conversations with customer leads to identify and understand business pains and requirements.

·         Planning collaborative marketing activities.

·         Ensuring maintenance of customer data in Stratinis CRM and Partner Extranet.

·         Reporting to SVP Sales and Marketing in HQ on prospective partnerships, customer leads and general progress.

 

Skills:

 

·         Several years’ experience in Partner Sales of enterprise software (ERP, CRM, BI).

·         Experience of international business and indirect sales channels.

·         Diplomatic and negotiation skills: the ability to build a strong pipeline of customer leads and closing deals in collaboration with partners.

·         Complete fluency in oral and written English and another European language.

·         Business driven experience – qualifying and selecting high performance partners.

 

Candidates with a second European language and existing network of relevant contacts are preferred.
